Return & Exchange Policy
Ginkgo Home and Antiques LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. We specialize in unique, hand-picked antique and vintage items. We understand that purchasing antiques online requires trust, and we want you to be absolutely delighted with your acquisition. Due to the inherent nature of antiques and the careful descriptions we provide, our return and exchange policy reflects these considerations.

Each item is sold "as is," and its condition, including any signs of age, wear, or imperfections, is carefully documented and photographed in the product listing. We encourage you to review all photos, read descriptions thoroughly, and ask any questions before making a purchase.
Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. We will consider returns under the following two limited circumstances:

Significant Misrepresentation: If the item you receive is demonstrably and significantly different from its description or photographs (e.g., a completely different item, or a major defect not mentioned or visible in the listing). Minor variations in color due to monitor settings are not considered misrepresentation.

Damage During Shipping: While we pack every item with extreme care from our New Jersey location, unforeseen damage can occasionally occur during transit.

Under these circumstances: you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery (as confirmed by shipping carrier tracking). Please include the following in your email to info@ginkgohomeandantiques.com:

The date your package was delivered

Photos of the damaged item from multiple angles

Photos of the packaging (including the box and any protective materials)

A brief description of the damage
